This report looks at the needs of LGBTI youth from an organisational and service-delivery perspective. The authors trace the progress, in various areas, of laws relating to LGBTI rights. The authors also discuss cases reported in the media and those that have made it to the courts. The central argument is that while the law has been progressive, social and political transformation has been slow, evidenced by the levels of structural discrimination and violence still experienced by LGBTI people.
